After taking evidence from Jockey S John and Trainer BT Lim, and after reviewing the video, the Stewards informed Jockey S John that they have decided to take no further action against him other than to warn him that in future he would be expected to ride all his horses in such a manner so as to leave no room for query.

In taking this decision, the Stewards took into account that Jockey S John is a relatively senior rider and he was warned that in future he would be expected to straighten his mount sooner than in this occasion.
