Hello Michelle in thrilling win

The second leg of the Singapore Golden Horseshoe series for two-year-olds brought racegoers to the edge of the seats with a three-way photo finish at Kranji here today.

And it was the Mark Walker-trained filly HELLO MICHELLE who got up in the nick of time to down DEIMOS by a nose with MYSTIC WARRIOR just another head away third.

Whereas she led in her debut three weeks ago before folding up to finish fourth, HELLO MICHELLE was tucked behind the pace and taken off the fence to make her challenge at the 300m.

"We decided to ride her quiet today. She was used too much at her first run," said champion trainer Walker.

"I worked her on Wednesday and she gave me the feeling she had an extra gear in her," said winning ride Alan Munro.
