Japanese trainer Susumu Nigishi will be leaving Singapore scene next month, ending a three-year sojourn in the republic.

Nigishi, who came to Singapore in mid-2006 with more than 570 wins to his name, has failed to make an impact at Kranji, saddling just six winners during his time here.

Nisighi has informed the Singapore Turf Club that he will not be renewing his licence for 2010 and will return to Japan.
