Trevor Bailey relinquishes licence

SINGAPORE,  21 June 2005

After less than a year in Singapore, Trevor Alan Bailey has decided to call it quits.

Bailey has informed the Singapore Turf Club that due to "personal reasons", he will be relinquishing his stables at Kranji from August 28, 2005.

Bailey, 40, has so far saddled seven winners, six of them this year. In April, Bailey achieved his biggest win in Singapore when he sent out LIGHT OF SUCCESS to win the S$250,000 Queen Elizabeth II Cup (2000m).
